The Advent is a beautiful poem that expresses the pristine depth of inner stillness from which the inner light is "born" or manifests. Hence this silence is the Advent. The small poem expresses unfathomable depth! The poem points to that mystical reality which cannot be described in words, and yet the poem accomplishes this with the brevity of a haiku.
